SACRAMENTUM Level 1 (Beginner-Intermediate)The Beginning path.The entire program is inspired by Spartacus, the history is incorporated in the challenges.The gladiators used to do a vow in their Ludus, expressing their commitment and hence the name of the first part. We will start with the foundational movements that will help you step by step to achieve core control, mobility and power with the steel mace.We will start with simple exercises. As we progress through the weeks we will be exploring more dynamic and stronger exercises. This is to be practiced 2 challenges per week.
