The course entitles Power Engineering theory and economics of power plants. We all know how important the power plants are. Power plants like hydroelectric or steam based are required to be run continuously as there is a continuous requirement of power supply. The power supply is required in residential as well as commercial sites. The economics of power plants are to be studied by considering each and every aspect of power plant which contributed to the overall cost of the power plant. The tariffs involved are to be calculated. Power Plant Instrumentation is to be studied in order to find the exact measuring techniques and also to find the methods of using the instruments in the power plant. The economics of power plant and its instrumentation will help the power plant run smoothly and also with an increased life. This course tends to solve each and every aspect of power plant economics related to the outlook of the power plant. Power Plant Engineering and its economics study can be useful for power plant engineers and staff or to those who are seeking to take over their career in power plant industry.
